Here's where it gets a little weird. I'd like for subtitles to be made in every language that Creative Commons licenses are available. I'd suggest using a simple text editor to edit the *.srt file that contains the subtitles, but if you need to retime the placement of the titles, you should use the software I used to create the *.EN.srt file, Jubler.
